Enjoyed a lunch here before catching the Grand Ole Opry show - service was friendly and fast (they were super busy!). Wife had the Cobb salad (huge!), and I enjoyed the Mac & cheese (had shrimp & andouille sausage) - super tasty!!! Appeared very kid-friendly and we enjoyed the quick “pit-stop” before enjoying the rest of our day.
The service was great and the food was delicious. It's a fun place to enjoy a meal. Just a warning it is a little loud there, with the sounds they play, but that's just part of it. The aquariums are cool with all of the different fish. They have a nice gift shop. If you have children, be warned, there's a lot of stuff to look at in the gift shop. You might not walk out empty handed, your wallet will be lighter.
The food was great! Highly recommend the chicken sandwich, 10/10. Our waitresses, Bayley & Raine were fantastic. We never had to ask them to bring anything because they were so attentive. Will definitely come again. Thanks for a great visit
This place was a 10/10 I had the my sirloin steak and it was to die for. Everything was fresh and prepared just the right way. The drinks were good and the kids meal with the cups were worth every penny. Thanks to the manager; he made our experience more eventful. You guys rock. Great job
Our plans were ruined because of the rain so we ended up at the mall. This was a fun place with decent food. It has a cute gift shop and we didn’t wait long at all for our reservation. I would go again if in Nashville.
Sasha was amazing!!!! Very attentive and helpful on what she thought I would enjoy having the most. I had a very delicious meal and drink thanks to her! The atmosphere was so nice. Considering it being my first time in The Rainforest Cafe I would happily return and would recommend her as your Safari Guide!
Riley provided excellent customer service and took time to go the extra mile. Food was very good and portion size was also good. A fun experience for all ages.
We really enjoyed our experience at The Rain Forest Cafe! Our 2 year old son had a blast (the “storms” scared him at first lol) but overall he loved it. We had great service from our waitress, Camille and our food was good and no more expensive than any other restaurant in Nashville; not to mention you get the “experience” with it. Tristen was awesome and got some cute family photos of us. The fishtanks were beautiful. The only thing remotely negative I’ll say is some of the animals are a little outdated and need a little spritz of WD40 maybe lol. (But I don’t think kids, who are the main demographic here, really notice stuff like that.) Overall, it was a really fun time! Will definitely go back next time we’re in Nashville!
